How much does Custom cost?
Custom Window Treatments are an investment in your home and your life in it. Not only do they make your home look more expensive, they can help insulate your home by keeping the outside heat out and the inside cool in (or vice versa in Winter). You deserve expertly chosen, perfectly tailored Window Treatments that fit your unique home!
Do you offer free In-Home Design Consultations?
There is a fee for our In-Home Design Consultations. Our Showroom appointments are complimentary. So if you would prefer that, you are welcome to schedule a time to come in and we can work with you there.
What should I expect during my In-Home Design Consultation?
Your In-Home Design Consultation is the best way to come up with the perfect Window & Bed Treatment plan for your room and/or home. And we'll have fun too!
What areas do you work in?
Primarily, we work in the South Atlanta area. Mostly in Fayetteville, Peachtree City, Tyrone, Senoia, Newnan, Sharpsburg, McDonough, Stockbridge, Locust Grove, Sun City Peachtree, Pinewood, Cresswind, Serenbe, Brooks GA, and other parts of Fayette, Henry, Coweta, Spalding and the surrounding counties. If you are outside these areas, we may still be able to help you (travel fees will apply). We also have great Clients in other parts of Atlanta, other areas of Georgia and many other parts of the US.
How long will my project take?
Most Custom Projects these days take 10 - 12 weeks, once your order is placed. Some projects, like Blinds & Shades will usually take less time, while some projects, including Custom Bedding & Upholstery, may take longer. We will be happy to give you a timeline on your particular project!
We recommend starting early for parties, family gatherings and especially the Holidays!
Do you sell Blinds and/or Shutters?
Yes we do! We have beautiful lines of Wood & Faux Wood Blinds, Cellular Shades, Solar & Roller Shades, Shutters, Woven Woods & much more!! Nearly all of these products can also be Motorized.
Do you repair existing Blinds?
In some cases, yes. If we sold the original product to you, we can either return them to the manufacturer for repair, or order a replacement, depending on the product warranty. Depending on how long it has been since you received the Blinds, there may be a charge for this service. We are unable to service Blinds from other companies.
Do you do Wallpaper?
Yes! We can help you select Wallpaper as part of your In-Home Design Consultation, or you are welcome to browse our Wallpaper selections yourself in our Showroom. We will be happy to help you choose the perfect Wallpaper for your home! And don't worry, we have fabulous Installers who will make your Wallpaper project look incredible!
Do you offer Slipcovers?
Unfortunately, we do not offer Slipcovers.
Do you alter existing Window Treatments?
Often due to the fabrication process, it is more expensive to alter existing treatments rather than to start from scratch. We will provide a quote for altering existing draperies on a case by case basis. Sometimes due to age or wear, existing treatments are not suitable to be altered.
How do I clean my new Window Treatments?
We recommend a light vacuuming or dusting with a lint roller as needed. Washing your treatments in the washing machine is never recommended, and we cannot be responsible for the results. Dry Cleaning is an alternative method of cleaning drapery panels, however Lady Dianne's takes no responsibility for the results of the dry cleaning process. Dust & vacuum as long as humanly possible! Even if your treatments survive the dry cleaning process, they will never look as good!
