Yes — there is a design fee for our Signature Design Experience, which is credited in full toward your order. It’s a personalized, two-hour design experience in your home — not a sales call. I come completely prepared, samples already curated for your home, ideas already forming before I ever ring your doorbell. It is absolutely an investment — and one that comes right back to you the moment you place your custom order. 😃

Yes — and once you have them you’ll wonder how you ever lived without them. We offer Motorized Shades, Motorized Draperies, Motorized Roman Shades and Motorized Outdoor Shades. Motorization is wonderful for tall windows, hard to reach windows, layered treatments, or really any window you’d rather not think about twice. It’s designed to feel seamless and effortless — because that’s exactly how your home should feel.

Tip — Motorization doesn’t have to mean every window. Sometimes adding it to just the right spots makes the whole home feel completely elevated. 😃

Custom — or Bespoke — means that nothing we create exists anywhere else in the world. Every single treatment is made entirely for your home, your windows, your vision. I love creating things that are truly unique — because I don’t want the same thing in my home that everyone else has. And I have a feeling you don’t either. That’s what Custom means. If your Window Treatments were made by Lady Dianne’s, we’ll carefully take everything down before your painters or wallpaper installers arrive — Decorative Hardware, Panels, everything — and move it safely to another room they won’t be touching. Then we come back and reinstall everything exactly the way it was. Your beautiful Window Treatments — and your investment in them — deserve that kind of care. 💖

Not at all — though once you see one room finished you’re usually very ready to do the rest. 😄 Most of my Clients start with the rooms that matter most to them right now and build from there. I prefer to work on more than one room at a time when we can — it’s more efficient and everything ties together more beautifully — but I will absolutely work with you on a single room if that’s where you are.

Everything we create is made specifically for your windows, your fabric, your home. The proportions are calculated for your exact space. The patterns are matched by hand. The linings are premium — always. And the artisans making your treatments have been doing this for twenty to forty years. Almost everything is fabricated right here in our South Atlanta workroom — not outsourced, not mass produced. That’s simply how we work. 💖

Always — no exceptions. Every treatment we create uses premium linings. Interlining is added when the fabric or window calls for it. Weights are sewn into every Panel so they hang exactly the way they should. These aren’t extras you have to ask for. They’re simply how we work. 💖

This is one of those things most people never think about — until they see it done beautifully. If your fabric has a pattern, someone in our workroom is spending real time deciding exactly where that pattern lands on your treatment. Which flower sits at the center of your Valance. Whether the pattern repeats or alternates across sections. It’s the kind of detail that makes the difference between something that looks nice and something that takes your breath away.

Every project is a little different, but here’s a general sense of what to expect. Custom Draperies, Panels, Valances, Roman Shades and soft treatments are generally 6 to 8 weeks. Custom Blinds and Shutters are generally 4 to 6 weeks. Custom Bedding is generally 8 weeks. Once your order is placed I’ll give you a personalized timeframe so you know exactly what to expect — and if you have a specific date in mind, tell me right away and we’ll do everything we can to make it happen. 😃

We’re based in Fayetteville and love serving the greater South Atlanta area — Peachtree City, Trilith, Serenbe, Newnan, Tyrone, Senoia, Sharpsburg, Brooks, McDonough, Stockbridge and everywhere in between. If you’re a little further out, just call — we’re happy to travel and trip charges may apply, but we’ll figure it out together. And yes, we work with Clients across the USA and Canada too — because beautiful Custom Window Treatments shouldn’t be limited by geography. 😃

Absolutely — and the husbands love that part. 😄 I design it, my artisans fabricate it, and my expert Installers hang every single piece. I’m there on Installation day to make sure everything goes just the way we envisioned it. You don’t coordinate anything, worry about anything, or ask anyone to find a drill. It’s all taken care of.

Yes — and honestly, the earlier you call me the better!! Working together while your home is being built means we can plan everything from the very beginning — the right treatments for every room, the right hardware, and the right look for every single space.
